Au sein du département Licences et reportant à la Directrice Enfant, Parfums & Linge de maison, votre rôle consiste à développer la visibilité et l'activation des catégories Parfums & Linge de maison au sein du Retail Lacoste ainsi que de participer au développement de leurs performances en lien avec la stratégie de la marque et les objectifs fixés.
1. Garantir la stratégie whosale et l'alignement licenciés vs marque :
- Evaluation de nouvelles opportunités business
- Accompagnement des licenciés dans la mise en place d'offres price-off par saison avec validation de l'assortiment
- Suivi des performances des retailers clés en local
- Définition des assortiments par saison et par région
- Garant de la bonne exécution Merch et assortiment e-com et Retail par saison
- Gestion de la visibilité 360 des catégories par saison au sein de l'écosystème Lacoste
- Consolidation et partage des plans d'activations licencié/Lacoste aux marchés
- Garant du bon fonctionnement et respect des guidelines logistiques des entrepôts par nos licenciés
- Gestion des demandes et spécificités des marchés
- Orchestration opérationnelle du lancement des nouveaux objets
- Analyse et reporting mensuel
- Evaluation des stocks des catégories et mise en place de stratégies de réassort/écoulement de stock
