Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Paris for a Senior Business Development & Sales professional specializing in Pharma & Life Sciences (Software & Services). The role involves driving business growth through lead generation, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The individual will also strategize and execute sales plans while collaborating with internal teams to align with Trueson's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends, assess business opportunities, and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, present ideas effectively, and foster business relationships
  • Proven experience in lead generation and executing successful sales strategies
  • Proficiency in market research to identify growth opportunities and navigate competitive environments
  • Demonstrated customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the Pharma or Life Sciences industry is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, OCE, Odoo is beneficial
