Our client is a global Industrial looking to hire a Senior Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations ensuring seamless coordination of transportation and warehousing.

You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Logistics team to meet business goals and network performance,
  • Oversee Transportation, Warehousing and reverse Logistics logistics network performance, including
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement using tools like SAP and Power BI.
  • Manage carrier relationships and ensure compliance with SLA's.
  • Report & Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; lead performance review meetings.
  • Coach and mentor team members, driving culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional logistics teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, logistics systems and data tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, French. Dutch would be a nice to have
