Notre client, leader mondial du marketing en ligne, vous propose de rejoindre son équipe en tant qu'Expert en Support Technique, offrant un support technique professionnel et exceptionnel à sa base de clients corporatifs dans un environnement innovant et dynamique.
Responsabilités :
- Résoudre les demandes d'assistance technique et dépanner la plateforme de marketing en ligne dans un environnement B2B ;
- Utiliser votre jugement pour définir des solutions aux clients et adapter les processus existants pour créer des solutions alternatives ;
- Utiliser des compétences de base en codage et débogage pour l'analyse des problèmes ;
- Comprendre les objectifs commerciaux des clients et les soutenir via un système de chat en fournissant des solutions de manière rapide et efficace ;
- Atteindre une satisfaction client élevée en mettant l'accent sur la qualité et les résultats.
Exigences :
- Expérience préalable dans le support technique, de préférence dans un environnement B2B ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais niveau B2 minimum ;
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique.
