As a Director of Product (Puzzle Games), you'll lead the product strategy for Homa's Puzzle division, helping our games grow through strong retention, engagement, and monetization. You will work closely with Game Directors, UA/Marketing, Data, Design, and Tech to drive the roadmap and deliver results. This is a great opportunity to own a full division scope, shape the future of Homa's Puzzle portfolio, and build games that millions of players return to every day.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Own the Puzzle division product strategy and roadmap - Align priorities with business goals and player needs
• Lead and grow the Product team - Support PMs/POs and build strong ways of working
• Drive execution across the full game lifecycle - From soft launch to live operations
• Use data to improve performance - Optimize progression, difficulty, retention, and monetization
• Partner with UA/Marketing - Align product beats with growth and profitability

We are looking for someone with proven expertise in product leadership for mobile Puzzle games, plus the humility, curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast. You're a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years in product management - With experience launching and scaling mobile titles
• Puzzle expertise - Understanding of progression, difficulty, level performance, and live events
• Strong analytical mindset - Comfortable making decisions with data and experiments
• Leadership experience - Ability to lead PMs/POs and align cross-functional teams
• Fast, iterative approach - You execute quickly and learn from results
