SAP Sales Domain Manager And Global Applications H/F

En tant que Responsable Global des Applications et du Domaine SAP - Ventes, rattaché(e) au Directeur Global des Applications et du Core ERP, vous serez chargé(e) de : - Piloter et gérer les projets IT liés aux ventes, de la conception à la finalisation, dans le respect des délais et des budgets alloués ; - Maintenir une expertise approfondie sur SAP Ventes (SAP SALES) ainsi que sur l'ensemble des applications du groupe associées ; - Servir de principal interlocuteur entre les partenaires métiers Ventes et les équipes IT, en veillant à l'alignement des stratégies IT avec les objectifs business à l'échelle mondiale ; - Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration des systèmes pour optimiser l'efficacité des processus de vente ; - Assurer un leadership dans la résolution des problèmes liés aux applications de vente ; - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Logistique et Finance sur des sujets transverses ; - Contribuer à la définition des stratégies de gestion du changement pour faciliter l'adoption de nouveaux systèmes au sein des unités métiers ; - Coordonner les échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes (unités métiers, équipes IT, partenaires externes) pour garantir le niveau de service et le suivi des projets ; - Veiller à la mise en place de processus de tests rigoureux pour toute mise à jour, upgrade ou nouvelle implémentation avant leur déploiement ; - En tant que Responsable EDI, contribuer et suivre les projets, tout en garantissant le niveau de service avec nos partenaires.
