Vision & stratégie design - Traduire les enjeux business et produit en stratégie UX claire et mesurable. - Instaurer une véritable culture design centrée utilisateurs. Design produit & expérience utilisateur - Superviser la conception de bout en bout. - Garantir la cohérence visuelle et fonctionnelle via un Design System structuré. - Piloter les indicateurs UX (adoption, friction, satisfaction). - Participer à l'animation d'ateliers utilisateurs et groupes d'échanges. DesignOps - Mettre en place les outils et process design (documentation, versioning, QA design). - Standardiser les bonnes pratiques UX/UI et assurer une veille continue. Leadership & collaboration - Manager et faire monter en compétences la designer UX/UI. - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Développement et QA.
