Le/la salarié(e) du customer service s'assure de la satisfaction des clients en répondant efficacement à leurs demandes, en résolvant leurs problèmes et en garantissant une expérience client fluide et positive. Il est le point de contact unique des clients inclus le réseau. Mission principale Le/la salarié(e) Customer Service garantit la satisfaction client en répondant efficacement aux demandes, en résolvant les problèmes et en assurant une expérience fluide et positive. Il/elle est le point de contact unique pour les clients et le réseau. Description du poste Élaboration des offres commerciales * Qualifier les demandes clients selon la stratégie tarifaire * Établir, mettre à jour et transmettre les cotations aux opérations * Actualiser les conditions tarifaires dans CargoWise * Suivre les cotations et retours clients Onboarding des clients * Participer à l'implémentation des nouveaux clients * Valider et maintenir les SOP avec le commercial * Créer les contacts clients dans les systèmes Gestion des expéditions Import/Export * Transmettre aux opérations les éléments nécessaires à l'expédition * Assurer le suivi et informer le client si besoin * Communiquer toute déviation au client, aux opérations et au réseau Satisfaction client * Maintenir une relation de qualité pour favoriser la rétention * Traiter les réclamations en lien avec les services concernés Gestion financière et compliance * Optimiser les marges et assurer les provisions * Procéder à l'ouverture des comptes clients
