This role will hold accountability for our Client's future business growth and commercial operations in the UK & European market: Strategic Direction, Growth, Executive client-related activities along with P&L responsibility. This will suit a highly driven Insurtech Sales Hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset, who can work independently on creating and delivering on market strategy.Responsibilities:Lead business growth and commercial operations of established Insurance Technology Platform business across European & UK marketsDeliver direction, development, management, and implementation of strategies designed to grow the businessCreate and execute territory business plan and overall sales strategyGenerate and follow up leads through relationships, industry meets, marketing campaignsEstablish, develop, and maintain business to business, consultative relationships with C Suite, key decision-makers and influencersDeliver outstanding experience for customers and drive strong adoption, expansion, retention, and referralsEnable enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformationBe equally adept at working with large and small insurers, and the insurance distribution ecosystemDrive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the regionRequirements:Must be based in either France or the UK, with full right to workFluency in English, plus either French or German requiredIC Senior Solutions Sales background (c10 years) with an Insurtech or Insurer (not Services), or from a Data Management company selling into InsuranceProven track record of success against sales targetsRegular European travelLloyd's Market experience highly advantageousHighly driven, hungry, strategic and analytical
