Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management & Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfilment from our manufacturing plant in China to dealers across international markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring order accuracy, timely delivery, and seamless coordination across global logistics and internal teams to achieve our business objectives.PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Responsible for managing the process of placing, processing, and fulfilling international orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the global supply chain.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Order Fulfilment Management:Manage the complete import order lifecycle from the China manufacturing plant to international dealers.Accurately input and process vehicle orders from Geely International in coordination with the Sales Operations team.Track order status throughout the fulfilment process, including international shipping and customs clearance across multiple regions.Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or issues that arise during international order fulfilment.2. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:Develop and implement international logistics plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and distribution.Manage and coordinate global logistics suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with various international service providers.Proactively monitor the international logistics process, solving problems in a timely manner and preparing contingency plans for global supply chain disruptions.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and logistics policies across different markets.3. Operational Excellence & Communication:Maintain accurate records of all international orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.Provide regular updates on order and logistics status to internal stakeholders across regions.Identify areas for improvement in the international order management process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Work closely with sales teams and Geely International on global vehicle demand planning and inventory management.KEY CHALLENGES:Managing complex international order and logistics processes across multiple regions amidst potential global supply chain disruptions.Balancing timeliness with cost-effectiveness in international logistics activities.Ensuring compliance with company policies and diverse international trade regulations.EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.3+ years of experience in international order management, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within the automotive industry.Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across international markets.SKILLS & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED:Strong communication and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.Knowledge of automotive industry global supply chain practices.Proactive problem-solving orientation and cross-cultural sensitivity.CAREER PATH:On leaving this job, a position that would be considered a promotion is: Head of International Import and Logistics
