Bizzdesign is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth across key enterprise markets. If you want to be part of an elite growth team where results speak louder than politics, this is the place for you.The Role – What You'll DoAs a Business Development Manager, you will win new enterprise customers by developing strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders in complex organizations. You will lead consultative sales cycles, uncover transformation challenges, and position Bizzdesign as a long-term strategic partner.Your key responsibilities:Drive new business acquisition and expansion across assigned enterprise regionsBuild and execute territory development plans with precise focus on decision-makers and buying groupsLead high-value consultative sales cycles (3–9 months) in complex enterprise environmentsEngage CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, Enterprise Strategists and transformation leadersBuild deep understanding of customer architecture strategy and business outcomesPartner with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product to build compelling business casesLead RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and enterprise contractingOwn pipeline creation through strategic prospecting and account-based outreachMaintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and deliver predictable resultsRepresent Bizzdesign at industry events, webinars, and executive briefing sessionsAbout You – What You BringYou are a strategic enterprise seller with relentless ambition, excellent communication, and mastery of complex deal cycles.7–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic business developmentProven track record achieving €1M+ annual new business targetsExperience selling to C-level executives in large enterprise accountsExpertise in solution-based and consultative selling (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC preferred)Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, transformation strategy, portfolio management or SaaS platformsFluent in English, French, and German (written and spoken) — requiredStrong command of Salesforce CRM and ABM/sales engagement tools (Salesloft or Outreach)Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder deal cyclesExcellent storytelling and value articulation skillsCompetitive mindset with high accountability and execution disciplineThis role is for a top-tier growth driver, a commercial leader who can combine strategy, precision execution, and relationship mastery to win transformational deals.
