About The Role
About Magellium Artal Group Magellium, part of the Artal Group with 300 employees, is an independent key player in digital geography, specializing in the full lifecycle of geospatial data—from pixel-level image processing to advanced geospatial analysis within clients’ information systems. Magellium delivers a 360° service offering covering research, consulting, user acceptance management (AMOA), integration, and maintenance across domains including imagery, video, drones, GIS, mapping, and geo-intelligence, with a strong focus on mastering software technologies, AI, signal processing, and geomatics. The Role Joining our dynamic Paris-based GIS service center, you will work on high-profile projects in collaboration with major public and private clients such as ENEDIS, ONF, Île-de-France Mobilités, Paris Police Prefecture, CEA, and others. You will be responsible for: Technical leadership of GIS projects: architecture design, technology strategy, code reviews. Development and integration of Web GIS applications (front-end and/or back-end). Technical mentoring and support for developers. Ensuring the technical quality of deliverables. Contributing to the definition of best practices. Participating in scoping, estimation, and technical responses to tenders. Conducting technology watch and proposing innovative and high-performance solutions for geospatial data. Profile Sought You have significant experience (5+ years) in Web GIS development and enjoy working on both design and implementation. You are eager to take a leading role in shaping the technical direction of projects. You are curious, proactive, and passionate about the digital geospatial ecosystem. Required Skills Expertise in open-source and/or ESRI Web GIS technologies. Strong object-oriented development skills. Ability to design robust and scalable technical architectures.
