Responsibilities Your missions As a member of the Physical Distribution France team, you will contribute to the performance of L'Oréal France logistics. Depending on the team's priorities and
your profile
, your main responsibilities will include:
• Data analysis: analyze operational data to better understand how logistics sites work, identify gaps and generate improvement ideas.
• Data reliability: help make indicators more reliable (testing datasets, checking consistency, documenting results).
• Dashboards: take part in designing or improving steering tools.
• Logistics performance: support performance improvement projects.
• Improvement opportunities: explore new ideas by combining data, process understanding and discussions with teams.
• Best practices: prepare their roll-out across sites (materials, lessons learned, action follow-up).
• Business communities: help run cross-site communities and support change management.
Your profile
• You are enrolled in a Bac+5 program (engineering school or university) in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, data applied to operations or a related field, looking for a gap-year or final-year internship.
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, curiosity, taste for solving concrete problems.
• Interest in field work and data, autonomy, initiative, comfortable working with different functions.
