Your missions
• Design and review of e-learning content
• Contribute to the instructional design of e-learning modules, including content structuring, scripting and storyboard development.
• Review and update existing modules, including content and data or process updates.
• Help ensure consistency in the visual design and instructional approach of learning content.
• Content translation and adaptation
• Translate or coordinate the translation of e-learning content into English and French, and other languages depending on
your profile
.
• Ensure terminology and cultural consistency when adapting content for an international audience.
• Design and delivery of training sessions
• Help develop materials for in-person, remote and hybrid training sessions.
• Contribute to delivering training sessions, workshops and webinars.
• Video production
• Edit training videos, such as short learning clips, tutorials and testimonials.
• Take part in filming and post-production, including graphics and subtitles.
• Cross-functional Learning projects
• Contribute to continuous-improvement projects for the Operations training program.
• Responsibilities may be adjusted based on your skills, interests and the team’s evolving needs.
• Employee development plans
• Support the rollout of employee training plans, including launching training courses and providing operational follow-up.
Your profile
• You are currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university, engineering school) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship with a strong analytical specialization in Human Resources
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent mastery of Excel
• Enthusiasm for data analysis, IA
