6-MONTH INTERNSHIP
- Starting January 2027 – International Mobility Intern – Master's ½

Your missions Within the international mobility department, your duties will be as follows: Operational Management Of Global Mobility Processes
• Drafted and prepared international mobility documentation (employment contracts, assignment letters, immigration documents, and employer certificates).
• Initiated and coordinated the relocation process for expatriates in collaboration with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Managed the administrative transfer of expatriates within payroll systems and HRIS tools.
• Participated in weekly meetings with regional stakeholders to align Global Mobility strategies and provide ad-hoc operational support. Community Management For Inpatriates (International Assignees Moving To France)
• Organized and facilitated the "Welcome Administrative Meeting" (a monthly onboarding session for new arrivals).
• Created and organized "French You UP," an annual large-scale networking event for the inpatriate community. Global Mobility Projects & Data Analysis
• Conducted data analysis and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs) such as assignments exceeding 5 years, gender balance, and total expatriate headcount.
• Assisted in the coordination and communication of annual campaigns (Schooling, Housing, and Hardship allowances).
Your profile
Capacité à travailler en autonomie, à prendre du recul, à travailler en équipe (plusieurs managers) et à s'adapter à des interlocuteurs très variés. Niveau d'Anglais ++ et curiosité pour s'intéresser à des sujets parfois techniques. Formation type universités / IAE / IEP / Ecole de commerce avec spé RH (ou pas).
