Le Senior HRIS Partner - WD Core HCM & Advanced Compensation assurele support et ladministration des outils SIRH.Il/elle travaille sur les modules Workday HCM & Advanced Comp etparticipe à tous les projets SIRH.Les différents modules Workday déployés chez Veepee : HCM, Payroll,Learning, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absences, Expenses,Talent et Performance.Léquipe globale est directement rattachée au Manager SIRH (recrutement en cours), Données et Projets du Groupe.Dans le cadre du remplacement de larchitecte solution WD, Le/la HRIS Partner sera en charge de :

MISSIONS

Résoudre et offrir une assistance dans la résolution dincidents complexes liés au système dinformation des ressources humaines (SIRH Workday) et coordonner la résolution rapide des incidents prioritaires. Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour recueillir et affiner les besoins métier, concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles améliorations et projets Workday. Fournir une guidance de niveau expert dans lanalyse et loptimisation de processus Workday complexes, ainsi que dans la mise en œuvre daméliorations système, tout en dirigeant des projets à grande échelle. Concevoir et optimiser des intégrations complexes, des flux de travail et des rapports personnalisés. Coordonner les tests unitaires et les tests dacceptation utilisateur des nouvelles fonctionnalités des applications Workday (release Workday). Participer à lélaboration de formations utilisateurs Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir les orientations technologiques en matière de ressources humaines et fournir des conseils stratégiques sur les solutions Workday. Mener la campagne daugmentation salariale de bout en bout et assurer le support post clôture de campagne. La gestion dune équipe de 2 à 3 des spécialistes SIRH

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

Vous êtes titulaire dune formation supérieure Certifié ou précédemment certifié HCM à minima  Solides connaissances de Workday, avec une expérience de configuration au moins dans les domaines Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation & Security Expérience antérieure dans des rôles de support Workday (gestion des tickets, formation des utilisateurs, mises à jour du système, reporting) Bonne compréhension des processus de gestion (Business processes) RH Être en capacité de gérer une campagne de réévaluation salariale (merit campaign) Bonnes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes Une personne très pragmatique avec de bonnes compétences en communication en anglais (groupe International sur 10 Pays) Des expériences antérieures en implémentation sont un appréciées. Orientée solutions Des connaissances de modules, Payroll, Talent & Performance ou Absences sont un plus.
