The Role
Your Role: As our Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they master our platform and achieve maximum satisfaction. You’ll provide personalized training, strategic advice, and continuous support to help clients fully leverage our system’s capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver personalized training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using our platform.
- Engage with clients throughout their journey to maximize system adoption and satisfaction.
- Analyze business scenarios and provide clients with strategic advice on the best uses of system modules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials such as guides, knowledge base articles, and videos.
- Create and utilize tools like processes and virtual guides to enhance client understanding and system implementation.
- Track and manage project phases using advanced organizational software tools.

Ideal Profile
What You Bring:
- Proven background in project management or onboarding, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to train and motivate clients, enhancing their experience and understanding of our system.
- High analytical intelligence with the capacity to resolve complex business scenarios and make strategic recommendations.
- Skilled in creating educational and procedural documents to support client engagement.
- Highly proficient in technology, with experience in CRM and project management software; familiarity with construction-specific systems like Procore is a plus.
- Self-motivated, professional, and capable of leading projects from kickoff to completion.
- Demonstrated potential to grow and manage a team, starting with hands-on project execution and client management.
