As a System Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue in the assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Luminary Group.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for HPLC/Mass Spectrometry products in France.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the scientific research, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support, to provide customized solutions to clients and address their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the features and benefits of HPLC/Mass Spectrometry products.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and other relevant events to network with potential clients and promote Luminary Group's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of HPLC/Mass Spectrometry instruments and related consumables.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the scientific instrumentation industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the scientific research, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries in France.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to understand and present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
