: Achieving annual sales objectives. Regularly (i.e. weekly/monthly and as required) reports against defined objectives to Area Sales Manager or other internal stakeholders, completes administrative reporting accurately and on time and accurately forecasts revenue. Use and update distributor monitoring dashboards. Work in teams under the guidance of the Sales Country Manager. Performs sales, service, and administrative tasks and procedures under self-direction Maintains a broad knowledge of the organization’s entire product line, attends relevant Trade shows and other significant market events Provide technical and commercial assistance and support to the French Distributors on Fluke’s products Support the introduction of new products to Distributors Provide feedback on application data, competitor products, and/or sales tools Define Distribution account targets and cooperative action plans to get revenue growth. Define and monitor action plans for the distributor accounts assigned Be responsible of the definition and implementation of cooperative marketing activities of the assigned Distributors. Follow up and support the sales team of their partners on relevant projects. Atteindre les objectifs de vente annuels. Rendre compte régulièrement (Hebdomadairement/mensuellement ou selon les besoins) au responsable régional des ventes ou à d'autres parties prenantes internes en fonction des objectifs définis, utiliser et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord de suivi des distributeurs. Travailler en équipe sous le contrôle du directeur commercial. Effectuer des tâches et des procédures de vente, de service et d'administration sous sa propre responsabilité. Maintenir une connaissance suffisante de l'ensemble de la gamme de produits de la société, assister aux salons professionnels et autres événements importants du marché de la mesure. Fournir une assistance technique et commerciale aux distributeurs français sur les produits Fluke Soutenir l'introduction de nouveaux produits auprès des distributeurs Fournir un retour d'information sur les données d'application, les produits concurrents et/ou les outils de vente. Définir les objectifs des comptes de distribution et les plans d'action coopératifs pour obtenir une croissance du chiffre d'affaires. Définir et suivre les plans d’actions pour chacun des distributeurs. Être responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre des activités de marketing coopératif des distributeurs assignés. Suivre et soutenir les équipes de vente des partenaires sur des projets pertinents.
Your team:
The French team is integrated in the EMEA Channel Sales made up of a diverse team of more than 60 highly skilled associates from all the EMEA region. Currently The French team consist in 4 distributor account managers and 2 Key account/Technical sales spread in the French territory. The team shares common values on high performance, setting high expectations, work ethics, compliance and integrity, knowledge sharing among the regions, and helping each other out to achieve the EMEA goals.
L'équipe française est intégrée à l'équipe commerciale EMEA composée d'une équipe diversifiée de plus de 60 associés hautement qualifiés provenant de toute la région EMEA. Actuellement, l'équipe française est composée de 4 responsables de compte de distribution et de 2 commerciaux grands comptes/techniques répartis sur le territoire français. L'équipe partage des valeurs communes de performance, d'exigence, d'éthique du travail, de conformité et d'intégrité, de partage des connaissances entre les régions et d'entraide pour atteindre les objectifs de la France et région EMEA.
Qualifications/skills and knowledge:
5 years experience on Technical Sales products. Experience on Distribution management for Technical sales. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Commercial capabilities in selling solutions and standard products to customers. Hands on experience in working with Test & Measurement or related products. Experience in Green Energy market will be highly appreciated. Fluent in French and English. User of Microsoft office and ability to use technical product software 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente de produits techniques. Expérience de la gestion de la distribution pour les ventes de produits techniques. Baccalauréat minimum en génie électrique ou équivalent. Capacités commerciales dans la vente de solutions et de produits techniques aux clients. Expérience pratique dans le domaine du test et de la mesure ou des produits connexes. Une expérience sur le marché de l'énergie verte serait fortement appréciée. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Utilisateur des outils Microsoft Office et capacité à utiliser des logiciels de produits techniques
Job conditions:
