Our story:

Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon today has 80 employees and €20 million in revenue. In 2022, the company was acquired by Publicis with the aim of deploying Bizon in its subsidiaries to make it a global leader. In less than 24 months, Bizon became the fastest-growing Publicis France agency and opened its first offices in London and Milan.

  • Analyze prospect presence on Amazon to find the best leads

  • Assisting on preparing commercial campaigns offers and participate in defining objectives

  • Monitoring the activity reporting, monitoring collective and individual performances;

  • Generate performance reports 

  • Create proposals/quotes. This includes preparing customized proposals and quotes for potential customers.

  • Manage CRM (Hubspot)

  • Participation in onboarding clients, assisting them in creating their profiles and service sheets;

  • Organization of travel related to the international division (exhibiting fairs, visitor fairs, international travel);

  • Organization of his agenda and appointments



  • English level: bilingual or native;

  • You know how formulas on Excel works and know how to use them

  • You know how to make a clear and concise PPT/ Google Slides presentation

  • You have a proven ability for active listening: you know how to seek out information and exploit it;

  • A communicator, you know how to drive your exchanges to convey the right messages;

  • You are rigorous and autonomous;

  • Dynamic & proactive, you are capable of evolving along with our company;

  • Bonus if you have already work on Hubspot
