Job Summary

:

Microchip Technology, a leading semiconductor manufacturing company located in Courtaboeuf is seeking a part time Senior Administration office Manager that will ensure that all office operations are executed effectively. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining administrative systems, managing budgets, and overseeing the daily activities of the office environment.

We offer a fix term contract for a minimum period of 3 days of work : the contract can be renewed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the administrative operations of the office (…).

Greet external visitors () at reception

Manage site events - catering

Assist HR with recruiting, onboarding, and training of administrative staff. Receiving, dispatch and sending HR documents & financial data

Manage office budgets and expenses, including supplies, equipment, and services. Check and maintain physical inventory of supplies.

Interface and management of suppliers for local office needs (

Oversee facility management, including maintenance, space planning, and ensuring safety of the physical premises.

Meet with building owner and handle all requests or needs for building maintenance.

Prepare and present reports on administrative progress and goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the administrative team to achieve high performance.

Obtain local quotes for employees who have company automobiles and work with HR/Finance for approval.

Receiving and preparation of invoices by postal mail

Delivery of documents by or to employees

Documentation archiving.- Company car (

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English and French

Ten or more years of experience as an Administration Manager, Office Manager, or similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Proficiency in office management software like MS Office and administrative systems.

Knowledge of financial and facilities management principles.

An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

Prior work experience in the microelectronics environment is a plus

Professional certification in administrative management

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.

Bilingual in English and French.

Great adaptability and versatility.

Duration of contract

The duration of the contract is 3 days of work , renewable.

Work Environment:

In-person attendance is necessary.No teleworking possible for this position

Working hours / working schedule and compensation

Limited hours of 14 hours and 50 minutes per week
