Nous recherchons un(e) Key Account Manager basé(e) à Lille, Paris ou Lyon pour rejoindre notre équipe qui joue un rôle clé dans l’expansion de la marque Vade / HornetSecurity en travaillant avec des partenaires à travers toute la France.
Votre mission sera de prendre en charge un portefeuille de clients grands comptes en assurant leur fidélisation, et participer au développement de nouveaux clients. Vous identifiez et développez continuellement de nouveaux projets clients
Plus précisément :
- Entretenir des relations régulières et personnalisées avec nos clients finaux, comprendre leurs enjeux stratégiques et développer de nouveaux projets
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients afin de développer votre portefeuille
- Qualifier les nouveaux besoins
- Développer une stratégie de vente
- Négocier en direct avec les clients en étroite collaboration avec le partenaire
- Élaborer et suivre les différents contrats afin de veiller au respect des engagements de chacun
- Analyser le marché et la concurrence (veille concurrentielle, benchmark)
Et vous dans tout ça ? Vous :
- Disposez d’une expérience d’environ 5 ans dans la vente directe de produits complexes dans le secteur B2B, au sein d’un intégrateur ou revendeurs IT
- Avez de solides connaissances en informatique, de préférence dans le domaine de la cybersécurité ou des services cloud
- Maitrisez les stratégies de ventes
- Etes à l’aise dans un environnement international et parlez anglais
