Job Title: Key Account Manager (M/F)
Otis College of Art and Design is looking to enhance its operations by hiring a Key Account Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of clients. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our Key Accounts.
Your primary objective: Safeguard the longevity of your client portfolio by ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through tailored solutions and dedicated support throughout the entire business relationship.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Fostering the commercial relationship by organizing meetings or events within your designated sector,
- Negotiating new service agreements, maintenance contracts, or renovation projects,
- Serving as the liaison between your Key Accounts, internal teams, and project sites,
- Drafting commercial proposals for service agreements, repair projects, or upgrades, and converting issued quotes into formal proposals in line with the company's revenue and margin strategies,
- Promoting and positioning Otis products and services ahead of negotiations.
What you need to excel:
- A Master's degree from a Business or Engineering School,
- Prior experience in managing client portfolios within a comparable industry,
- A strong enthusiasm for selling technical and intricate products,
- Exceptional customer focus paired with outstanding interpersonal skills,
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with a passion for overcoming challenges in a key account management capacity.
