Mettre en pratique vos compétences relationnelles et techniques au profit du succès client : onnboarding, gouvernance, conseil technique sur les services OVHcloud et remontées des besoins d'évolutions S'assurer de la satisfaction client et de sa rétention Piloter de manière transverse les équipes internes : CSM, avant-vente, commerciaux, support, Professional Services, Product Management, etc Participer à l'amélioration des processus internes et bonnes pratiques (gestion incidents, problèmes, changements, livraison, demandes d’améliorationsVos principales responsabilités
Gérer l'activité des clients grands-comptes Assurer le rôle de trusted advisor de votre client et l'accompagner dans son business développement à l'aide des solutions OVHcloud Diriger les cellules de crise lors d'incidents majeurs en impliquant le client et diverses équipes techniques Être garant de la livraison et de l'intégration des nouvelles infrastructures et services Être l'ambassadeur du client en interneVotre futur impact
Dans 6 mois vous aurez accompli
L’onboarding OVHcloud, produit et métier L’intégration dans l’équipe Customer Success et dans votre bureau de rattachement Le suivi de clients avec votre buddy La prise en charge de votre portefeuille clientEt dans 1 an vous maitriserez
La majorité des produits et process OVHcloud La gestion de l’ensemble de votre portefeuille client Les activités transverses au sein de l’équipe Customer SuccessX
Compétences requises :
Vos atouts?
Vous êtes organisé et rigoureux et vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse Vous êtes capable de produire de la documentation de qualité en français et en anglais Vous êtes un très bon communicant et vous avez une forte appétence pour la relation client Vous collaborez facilement avec des équipes transverses Vous êtes capable d'identifier des problématiques techniques et de mettre en place des plans d'actions adéquatsVos qualifications ?
Vous possédez une très bonne connaissance des produits et technologies Cloud Vous avez des notions sur les offres des produits/services OVH Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oralVotre parcours ?
Vous avez au minimum 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle de customer-facing, en relation avec des directions de programmes ou en accompagnement de projet de transformation Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans le support client sur l'une de ces branches : opérations (lancement, gestion de capacité, release management), support technique, gestion des escalades, conseil ITC'est un +
Vous possédez une certification ITIL Vous avez des compétences en administration de systèmes (Linux, VMware ESXi, MS Server)-
