Realytics recherche pour renforcer son équipe, un(e) Traffic Manager ou Technical Account Manager (H/F) Directement rattaché au lead traffic management, vous êtes responsable de l’accompagnement des clients dans la mise en place des solutions Realytics, du suivi et de la bonne exécution des campagnes en France et à l’International, et protagoniste dans le succès du développement de la relation avec nos clients et nos partenaires.

**Gestion de campagne (Setup-suivi-clôture)**
- Gérer l'intégration technique de campagnes
- Réaliser le plan de taggage avec le client (dont la pose de tags)
- Concevoir le meilleur setup de produit pour chaque client
- Suivre et piloter les campagnes de nos clients au travers d'outils comme Wrike/Trello et outils de ticketing
- Être proactif auprès des clients et anticiper les situations "à risque".
- Gérer les cas de troubleshoot de campagnes tout en informant les équipes techniques du client et l'équipe Product Management (feedback loop).

Assurer la cohérence et la fiabilité des données pour chaque client en collaboration avec les account managers

**Transversal**
- Supporter le Roll-out de nouveaux produits, fonctionnalités au sein de l'équipes Sales & Ops
- Participer à l'amélioration du service délivré par Realytics avec la mise en place de nouveaux outils et process
- Alimenter la base de connaissances Realytics : documentation et diffusion de la connaissance produit au sein du pôle Sales & Ops

**Votre profil**

D’un tempérament curieux et créatif, vous avez déjà travaillé dans les médias et êtes familier avec l’univers technique.
- Vous êtes très organisé et très rigoureux (au point que vous auriez pu être militaire dans une autre vie)
- Capable d'identifier et de résoudre des problèmes techniques survenus sur une campagne : Vous êtes un 'Problem-solver'
- Expert dans la gestion du tag troubleshooting : le tag management n'a aucun secret pour vous.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais oral et écrit : leader un call client en anglais ne vous fait pas peur.
- Sensibilité business et bonnes qualités relationnelles : vous aimez le contact client
- Pédagogue et patient : vous aimez expliquer, vulgariser des concepts complexes (nous sommes les experts, nos clients pas forcément)

Vous avez une expérience minimum d' 1 an sur un poste de Traffic Manager ou Technical Account Manager dans une Ad Tech/MarTech : tracking/attribution.

Vous êtes curieux techniquement et vous avez des connaissances en HTML, Javascript, SQL et ainsi que les outils de debug web.

Le Programmatic TV et la TV Adressable vous intéressent.
