**Description de l'offre**

As the **Technical Account Manager**, within the Professional Service team, you will be representing the product delivery teams in front of our customers to follow and collect their evolution needs and ensure the best value is provided by our TrustNest Cloud Platforms.

The role is positioned as a single point of contact for our major customers (one to several). At the crossroad between technical product delivery and customer support, you will be collaborating on daily basis with Digital Partners teams (DP : Sales, Business development), Professional services teams (PS : experts), Product Owners (PO : Product delivery management) and Service Delivery Manager (SDM : Support and QoS follow-up).

**Missions à réaliser**

1. **Technical Management**
- Follow migration projects of our Business Lines (BLs) from legacy Engineering environments to the next-generations Software Factory solutions hosted on the TrustNest Platforms,
- Ensure Business Lines are getting the most value from our software engineering SaaS service by organizing regular check-ins, training sessions, and best practice workshops together with professional service and product teams,
- Proactively identify areas for improvement, roadmap items and work with Business Lines and Product teams to drive adoption and engagement.
- Communicate product roadmaps to users and provide strategic guidance to align needs with generic solutions.
- Communicate on product referential and product best practices to technical teams.
- Ensure support follow-up is consistent with the Service Delivery Manager

**2. Key Account Management**
- Assist Digital Partners as their technical peer and support them to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders,
- Capture and communicate users’ need and requirements to TrustNest Cloud Platforms to Product Owners (PO) during the Product Council
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Monitor account health metrics, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction in coordination with the Service Delivery Manager and Digital Partners.

**Livrables attendus**
- TAM services NPS > 50. To be evaluated by approached customers.

- Significant experience in Project Management in Information Technology or a related field
- Azure certifications would also be considered positively.

- Have an appetite for business challenges, in the technology and innovation sectors.
