Job Description
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and you will be responsible for handling reservations inquiries and requests with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Answer all incoming correspondence and telephone inquiries within 24 hours with the correct rates and confirmations. Ensure all reservations are correctly and accurately input into Opera and maintained. Ensure all reports are completed daily. Conduct a daily audit of tomorrow’s arrival file to ensure accurate details are recorded in each reservation.Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred. Proficient in English. Highly-conversed with Opera Cloud and MS programs. Familiarity with Accor Reservations systems is preferred. Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures. Excellent communications skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. Physical ability to work for long periods of timeAdditional Information
