Vous aurez pour missions principales le Business Development :
Représentation externe et réseautage : participation aux conférences de Deloitte et aux conférences/événements/clubs de la place ; gestion des partenaires & prescripteurs Prospection commerciale : détection d’opportunités et qualification de projets ; prise, préparation et participation des rendez-vous ; suivi des rendez-vous Elaboration, coordination et animation du plan de développement commercial en lien avec les associés et managers de tous nos métiers audit et conseil : définition et suivi des programmes de ciblage, organisation de réunions et ateliers commerciaux, reporting commercial et mesure des résultats (CRM) Elaboration de support à la vente et mise en avant d’offres conseil et audit : veille sur clients et cibles, plaquettes d’offres, pitch client Participation aux propositions commerciales stratégiques (coordination et suivi, aide sur l’écrit, training oral) aux cotés des associés et managers Soutien commercial du management group : coaching individuel et animation de « formations /training » sur mesureVous aurez aussi pour missions d’animer le marketing et la communication (avec le support d’un assistant dédié) :
- Elaboration du plan marketing et proposition de nouvelles actions, en liaison avec les associés :
Préparation du plan marketing annuel intégrant les spécificités du marché Lancement des nouvelles initiatives en lien notamment avec le Groupe Mise en œuvre du plan et pilotage des opérations, avec le support de ressources internes : Organisation des événements à destination des clients et prospects (conférences, clubs, soirées corporate …) Réalisation d’actions de notoriété (relations presse, communication digitale) Réalisation d’étude de marché et enquête de satisfaction clients Gestion des contacts et du CRM Gestion du sponsoring, mécénat et animation des partenaires (écoles, institutionnels, …) Animation du réseau des Anciens Gestion budgétaire Actions de communication interne (newsletter interne à la région, événements à destination des collaborateurs, …)Et si c’était vous ?
De formation supérieure commerciale (de type ESC ou master), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée (10 ans minimum) en développement commercial et en marketing dans une société de services, idéalement en cabinet de conseil et d'audit, SSII, banque d’affaires.

Vous avez un sens prononcé du développement commercial et un bon relationnel Dynamique et disponible, vous faites preuve d’organisation, de rigueur, d'adaptabilité et de réactivité. Une grande autonomie et polyvalence sont nécessaires. Vous avez une grande conscience professionnelle et le sens de la confidentialité. Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux souhaitée. Maîtrise de l'anglais nécessaire.Poste basé à Paris.
