bee2link, est une plateforme Saas dont la mission est d'améliorer la productivité, la rentabilité et la proposition de valeur des distributeurs automobiles en Europe.
bee2link, c'est aussi un expert de l'écosystème automobile avec déjà plus de 400 partenaires API. Afin d'aller encore plus loin, bee2link Group créé une nouvelle marketplace afin d'aider ses clients distributeurs à maîtriser leur écosystème de partenaires et générer des revenus additionnels.
Dans le cadre de cette marketplace et la création de cette nouvelle entité, nous recherchons un Sales Manager Saas B2B pour accroitre notre réseau de partenaires en France et en Europe et ainsi générer rapidement les nouvelles sources de revenus.
A propos du poste ️
Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Générale Marketplace & New Business, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Sales Manager Business Partners & API qui aura à coeur de réaliser les missions suivantes:
- Maximiser les revenus et la rentabilité de la nouvelle entité 'Marketplace & New Business'
- Recruter et intégrer les partenaires en France et en Europe : de la prospection, la conversion, l'onboarding à l'upselling.
- Atteindre les objectifs fixés en termes de budget/chiffres d'affaires/marge
- Gérer la relation commerciale pour toutes les demandes. Maintenir et renforcer les relations de chaque partenaire dans la durée.
- Négocier les contrats
- Mesurer et suivre les différents indicateurs de performance commerciale
- Proposer de nouvelles méthodes et améliorer les processus existants.
- Participer au développement de la nouvelle entité en collaborant avec les équipes opérationnelles, produits et marketing.
- Anticiper les évolutions du marché et contribuer à la stratégie de la nouvelle entité et du groupe.
⭐ Notre candidat(e) idéal(e) possède:
- Une formation orientée business.
- Au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans un contexte Saas B2B et/ou dans le domaine de la vente API.
- Une maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais et du français.
- Des compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Une capacité à développer un réseau.
- Une forte orientation client et une expérience solide en service client.
- De solides compétences en négociation.
- Une bonne connaissance de l'univers automobile.
Ce que nous avons à vous offrir
- Lieu d'exercice de la fonction: Hybride. Notre bureau parisien est basé dans le 7ème arrondissement. Quelques déplacements à prévoir en France et Europe
- Type de contrat: CDI
- Statut: cadre forfait jour
- Salaire: 70K par an (50K de fixe+ 20K de variable)
