Aperçu
Pour un portefeuille de clients, l'Account Manager est responsable de la fidélité, de la satisfaction de ses clients, de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et de l'exécution de la stratégie du segment concerné. A une connaissance suffisante des offres de DN pour les présenter à ses clients.
Responsabilités principales
Participer et exécuter la stratégie de compte et piloter les actions à mettre en œuvre en relation avec les équipes de compte. Gérer les parties prenantes influentes sur chaque compte. Créer et détecter des opportunités de business en fonction de la stratégie établie et assurer la gestion du suivi du cycle de vente jusqu’au closing des affaires. Fédérer l’équipe de compte en charge de répondre aux besoins client, ainsi que des partenaires externes éventuels pouvant se joindre à la réponse. S’assurer de la satisfaction client au quotidien afin d’asseoir la relation client dans la durée. Assurer un devoir de conseil à ses clients pour les soutenir et les rassurer. Informer les clients sur les évolutions des offres et des innovations. Informer sa hiérarchie des opportunités et des problèmes complexes et critiques pour trouver / recommander des solutions. Animer l'équipe de compte dans ce sens. Collaborer avec les Account Managers dans la gestion de clients grands comptes internationaux ou nationaux. Contribuer à l'amélioration des dossiers pour la gestion et la traçabilité de ses comptes en relation avec les instances internes (Sales Operations,…). Qualifications requises
Diplômes et formations réglementaires Bac + 3 / Bac+4 (Licences, école de Commerce en Bachelor, Maîtrise du cycle de vente. Relation client. Aisance avec les chiffres. Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques (bureautique et CRM), anglais professionnel Savoi etre Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse. Savoir fédérer. Être enthousiaste. Capacité d'adaptation. Role Overview
For a portfolio of customers, the Account Manager is responsible for customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and execution of segment strategy. Has sufficient knowledge of DN's offerings to present them to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in and execute account strategy and drive actions in conjunction with account teams. Manage influential stakeholders on each account. Create and detect business opportunities in line with the established strategy and manage the sales cycle through to closing. Unite the account team in charge of meeting customer needs, as well as any external partners who may join the response. Ensure customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis to establish long-term customer relationships. Provide customers with advice, support, and reassurance. Keep customers informed of changes in offers and innovations. Inform hierarchy of opportunities and complex, critical problems to find/recommend solutions. Lead the account team in this direction. Collaborate with Account Managers in the management of international or national key accounts. Contribute to the improvement of account management and traceability files in conjunction with internal bodies (Sales Operations, . Respect sales processesWorking relationships

Required Qualifications
Qualifications and training Bac + 3 / Bac + 4 (bachelor’s degree, business school, Mastery of the sales cycle. Customer relations. Numerical skills. Good knowledge of IT tools (office automation and CRM), professional English. Ability to analyze and summarize. Ability to federate. Enthusiastic. Ability to adapt. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Organized and rigorous. Stress management skills.
