Fernox est une filiale de MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions appartenant au groupe Element Solutions. Element Solutions Inc est un groupe spécialisé dans le domaine des produits chimiques dont les activités améliorent les produits que les gens utilisent au quotidien. Fernox est depuis 60 ans l'un des principaux fabricants de produits chimiques pour le traitement de l'eau, de filtres pour installations de pompes a chaleur ou de chauffages central, de consommables de plomberie et de services de tests de diagnostic.
Fernox a été pionnier dans le développement de produits économes en énergie pour les technologies traditionnelles et renouvelables, pour les applications domestiques et commerciales.
L'entreprise s'est engagée dans un programme de recherche et de développement et a investi dans une vaste équipe de R&D interne composée de scientifiques basés au Royaume-Uni. Son siège social opérationnel est situé à Woking, au Royaume-Uni, avec des sites de production au Royaume-Uni, en Chine et aux États-Unis et des bureaux dans de nombreux pays du monde.
Ce poste est ouvert a tout candidat vivant en Ile de France ou dans les départements alentours.
Vous serez responsable des activités commerciales en Ile de France.
Vos clients seront majoritairement des installateurs plombiers/chauffagistes, distributeurs et grossistes spécialisés dans le second œuvre du bâtiment, mais également des industriels du secteur thermique/génie climatique (fabricants de chaudières ou de pompes à chaleur)
Qu'est-ce que vous allez faire?Avec le soutien de l'équipe Fernox et sous la direction du Country Manager Fernox France:
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients
- Promouvoir les produits FERNOX aupres des clients existants
- Preconiser les produits FERNOX aupres des entreprises specialisees
- Augmenter le chiffre d'affaires/marge en gagnant de nouveaux comptes/clients et en developpant toutes les lignes de nos produits
- Maintenir nos obligations envers notre clientèle
- Développer davantage la sensibilisation au traitement de l'eau sur le marché du chauffage domestique et commercial
- Défendre Fernox contre ses concurrents
- Aider à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan marketing de Fernox
- Contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits
- Developper et maintenir le CRM en place
- Assurer un reporting regulier
- Base en home office sur le secteur Ile de France
- Vous avez une expérience commerciale du second oeuvre batiment, idealement dans le secteur du chauffage et/ou de la plomberie
- Une formation ou une appetence technique (genie climatique)
- Vous avez une experience significative du contact avec les installateurs
- Vous êtes motivé et avez d’excellentes attitudes commerciales et techniques
- Vous vivez en Ile de France ou dans un département voisin

What will you be doing?With the support of the Fernox team and under the guidance of the Country Manager Fernox France and his own endeavors:
- Increase turnover/margin by gaining new accounts/ customers
- Maintain our obligations to our customer base
- Increase the sales revenue/margin from our existing customer base by broadening the range and increasing the quantities of products they use
- Further develop the awareness of water treatment in the domestic and commercial heating market
- Attack and defend against the competitors in the market
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Fernox Marketing Plan
- Contribute to development of new products
Who are You?- You have good skills and knowledge of English
- Preferably with sales experience from Industry, with basic knowledge of chemistry, heating / water treatment market and advantage, or different sectors with good commercial skills, attitude
- Living in France
