about the role

Le Technical Account Manager gère la relation technique entre le client et Orange Cyberdéfense sur tous les aspects sécurité contractuel. Il est référent technique auprès du client et des équipes N1, N2 du support technique OCD.

Le TAM a également pour mission de :

Prendre en compte le contexte des comptes, s’assurer de la maîtrise du périmètre technique Prendre en compte et traiter les demandes clients à travers les outils en place, respecter les engagements contractuels. Reporter et documenter les actions effectuées Garantir le maintien de la documentation techniques, les procédures d’exploitation des clients, des produits et services proposés par OCD Coacher les équipes supports sur place et assurer l'évolution de la connaissance technique. Il est également responsable du traitement des tickets complexes escaladés par le niveau2 Assurer la gestion du niveau 3 en coordination avec les partenaires internes et externes. Si besoin, organiser et gérer des réunions de crise et fournir les rapports et comptes rendus nécessaires. Fournir des conseils techniques ou d'organisation auprès des clients. Dans ce cadre le TAM est amené à organiser les comités d'exploitation, les ateliers avant-ventes techniques et les réunions de suivi de projet. Veiller au bon respect des délais et à la qualité des livrables, assurer la qualité du service rendu et le respect du contrat Assurer le maintien en condition de sécurité de l'infrastructure client

about you

Ingénieur en Informatique (ou équivalent), possédant des connaissances et certifications dans le domaine de la sécurité, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire dans le domaine de l’IT et principalement sur des comptes conséquents en INFRASTRUCTURE.

De formation Bac+4/5, vous avez assuré les fonctions d’architecte technique, de support niveau 3, de référent technique dans les domaines réseaux et sécurité.

Vous possédez des certifications et des connaissances en sécurité (authentification, firewall, proxy, IPS/IDS, anti-virus …) et vous avez une expérience sur l’intégration des comptes dans une infrastructure SOC, vous avez également mené à bien des projets techniques, dans ce cadre vous connaissez les principes de base de la gestion de projet.

Vous justifiez également de très bonnes compétences sur les principaux constructeurs et éditeurs sécurité.

Passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies et votre métier, vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes dynamique et avez le goût du service.
Un niveau d'anglais courant est fortement recommandé.
