Join Lobster as an Account Executive

We are expanding our team in Paris and looking for a passionate Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with our Intelligent Data Platform and help our clients transform their business processes using innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present compelling software demonstrations and sales proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate deals, sign contracts, and ensure all necessary documents are completed.
  • Coordinate client projects, ensuring a smooth handover to our implementation and integration teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients and upsell them to more suitable plans based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, technical consultants, etc.).
  • Maintain the CRM HubSpot and update your account data in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in selling software solutions (SaaS), preferably in data integration and/or process automation.
  • Strong ability to understand clients' data management and process integration challenges and propose relevant solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with advanced English language proficiency.
