Overview:
In this role, you will drive product and solutions growth in International markets. You will work very closely with the product/portfolio PMMs and collaborate with international stakeholders and leadership in sales, marketing, customer success and channel to meet specific regional needs to drive growth.

You will act as a conduit between product PMM leadership and the regions, and drive adaptation of messaging, positioning while identifying and prioritizing product and portfolio opportunities for international markets. You work with key international stakeholders in customer success, sales, channel, support and demand generation to execute on GTM strategies and performance targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support regional GTM strategy by identifying specific target market opportunities, groups and their motions, working to ensure appropriate regional product positioning to customer segments, sales messaging and motion adaption and product differentiation aligned to regional needs and key markets
- Analyze market size and market opportunities to synthesize consumer, product, and competitive inputs to identify and prioritize potential revenue in region
- Continuous reporting to PMM leadership on in-region performance, actions and plans while aligning needs of international sales/marketing leadership with portfolio Product Marketing Managers
- Strategically support international marketing teams to drive successful product launches and identify and execute regional specific needs.
- Provide performance analysis and international insights back to the broader Product Team on:

- Business / Growth Opportunities
- Competitive Landscape
- Customer and channel insight
- Win/Loss Analysis
- Equip sales and channel for success by developing playbooks and training on market problems, personas, competitive intelligence and other market data.
- Travel
- Represent PMM during global events and regional channel events representing the SolarWinds portfolio

Qualifications:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Experience with regional marketing across multiple regions
- Experience with one or more of the following: ITOM, Networking, Infrastructure, Storage, Database, Cloud
- Ability to present at user groups and conferences; supporting trade shows
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and follow up
- Ability to gather, interpret, and communicate business metrics
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams, customers, partners, and sales with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven self-direction, be internally motivated and an independent thinker

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing or Marketing
- Experience with marketing & selling software products in international markets
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC) or Product Marketing Alliance Certification (PMMC)
