Basée sur des valeurs humaines fortes et une intégration profonde dans les processus décisionnels de ses clients, ARKADIA se développe et recrute un Document Controller pour intervenir en support projet.
Dans le cadre du poste et des fonctions, les missions à prendre en charge sont les suivantes :
Assurer la disponibilité de la documentation technique nécessaire à la réalisation du Projet : Gérer et consolider la liste prévisionnelle des documents à livrer au client,Contrôler, enregistrer et diffuser l’ensemble de la documentation papier et électronique entrant dans le cycle de vie du Projet, Être le garant de la qualité des documents livrés au client : Participer au processus du workflow d’approbation des documents,Assurer la conformité des documents en cohérence avec les spécifications du cahier des charges du client,Veiller au respect des délais contractuels,Suivre le cycle de surveillance des livrables (comment sheets),Réaliser les reporting avec indicateurs, Accompagner les processus documentaires du Projet : Appuyer /former les ingénieurs dans l’utilisation de la GED et des outils/processus documentaires,Être l’interlocuteur privilégié sur les questions documentaires.-
