Nous recherchons un Telesales Team Lead dynamique et motivé pour diriger et encadrer une équipe de télémarketeurs/SDR tout en consacrant une part importante de son temps à la prise de rendez-vous qualifiés (SQL). Vous serez responsable de la mise en place de stratégies efficaces de téléprospection, du recrutement et de la formation des nouveaux membres de l'équipe, et de l'atteinte des objectifs de performance. Participer activement à la prise de rendez-vous qualifiés avec les décideurs clés en instaurant les bonnes pratiques de prospection.
Préparer et planifier les campagnes de prospection en coordination avec le manager Lead Generation, en fonction des priorités commerciales.
Veiller à la bonne application des procédures et des traitements de leads définis en interne.
Assurer la gestion de l’outil de gestion des appels sortants (préparation et chargement des campagnes).
Formation et Accompagnement (10%) :
Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue pour optimiser la prospection et la performance opérationnelle.
Expérience en management d’équipe.
Maitrise des outils CRM et des logiciels de téléprospection.
