Mobilité : déplacements à prévoir dans le nord de la France et en Belgique

Vos missions :
Connaître parfaitement le contrat et veiller à son application
Vous êtes garant des engagements contractuels
Fixer et déterminer en partenariat les CRJC des résidences, suivi mensuel des atteintes d'objectifs CRJ des établissements +
Plan d'action à coordonner avec les Chefs de Secteur
Management en transverse la performance économique des résidences
Mener les négociations (révision de prix trimestrielle, semestrielle, partage gain et perte)
Suivi de la mercuriale
Suivi en direct certaines résidences "sensibles ou à enjeux"
En lien direct avec le directeur de la restauration , les Directeurs Régionaux, Contrôle de gestion, ...
Accompagner sur la sécurité alimentaire - suivi hygiène des sites, accompagner d'une RQNR
Mise en place suivi des rituels de rencontre avec les DR Directeur de la restauration pour pilotage de l'activité (Pts mensuels, participation aux Réunions de DR, COPIL Trimestriel, Bilan Annuel)
Aide au déploiement du contrat cadre pour chaque ouverture : présentation du modèle aux directions, mise en place de la formation, audit spécificité résidence
Informer la DG de l'évolution réglementaire en matière de restauration
Mettre en place une communication régulière et un suivi des outils digitaux.

Missions complémentaires :
Mise en place des 3 standings Menus avec offre alimentaire avec la participation d'une diététicienne
Sollicitations ponctuelles RH
Sollicitations ponctuelles solutions de dépannage repas livrés ou menus d'assemblage


Profil recherché :
Qualités relationnelles (multitudes d'interlocuteurs internes ou externes) et de négociations
Vous avez déjà une expérience dans l'opérationnel
Grande adaptabilité et agilité
Réactivité
Connaissance des résidences du groupe (déplacement terrain au démarrage pour visiter l'ensemble des sites)
