Nous recherchons pour notre client fabricant international de mousse polyuréthane, un Senior Sales Manager H/F.
Poste à pourvoir au plus vite dans le cadre d'un CDI.
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements en Europe et un anglais courant.
Vous rejoignez une société industrielle présente à l'internationale. En tant que Senior Sales Manager, vous managez 3 commerciaux ; vous êtes rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur Commercial (Sales Director).
Vous êtes responsable du développement et de l'exécution des stratégies de vente, de la gestion d'une équipe de 3 commerciaux et de la croissance des revenus sur votre périmètre.
1. Développement de la stratégie de vente : Développer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de vente pour accroître les parts de marché. Assurer une approche réfléchie en matière de tarification des produits, afin de maximiser la marge.
2. Expérience client et fidélisation : Gérer et entretenir les relations avec les grands comptes. Développer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies pour améliorer l'expérience client et fidéliser la clientèle.
3. Formation et développement : manager, coacher et encadrer une équipe de commerciaux, en fixant des objectifs et des attentes clairs pour améliorer les performances. Mettre en oeuvre des programmes de formation et de développement pour améliorer continuellement les compétences et les capacités de l'équipe de vente.
4. Développement de nouvelles affaires : identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, notamment via de la prospection, la génération de prospects et l'acquisition de clients.
5. Analyse de marché : effectuer des études et des analyses de marché. Prévision et planification des ventes. Collaboration avec les équipes internes, le marketing, les achats...
Poste à pourvoir en télétravail.
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements en Europe.
Rémunération : 90/95k ; voiture de fonction + prime d'intéressement et participation attractive.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous disposez d'une dizaine d'années d'expertise minimum sur un poste similaire et impérativement d'une expérience en management de commerciaux au sein d'une société industrielle.
Vous disposez idéalement d'expertise dans le secteur de la chimie et/ou de la mousse polyuréthane dans un contexte international.
Vous parlez anglais couramment.
Ce poste est à pourvoir en télétravail et nécessite des déplacement en Europe.
