Le senior Strategic Growth Licensor Lead, que lâon pourrait traduire comme Responsable des bailleurs de licence pour la Croissance Stratégique, est responsable dâassurer la croissance dans les marchés des énergies propres et de la transition énergétique, notamment sur 3 importants fournisseurs (Axens, Technip Energies et Topsoe), dâidentifier et enrichir les solutions différenciées de Pall et de les intégrer dans les spécifications clients, de développer et étendre les accords contractuels.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez lâopportunité de faire avancer des applications émergentes, de soutenir lâinnovation et de faire avancer la position de Pall en tant que leader industriel pour offrir un avenir durable pour notre Planète.

Ce poste fait partie de lâéquipe Strategic Growth and Technology Development (Croissance Stratégique et Développement de Technologie) et est réalisé en présentiel.

Vous aurez la possibilité de faire avancer la stratégie dâinnovation de Pall à travers les relations auprès des fournisseurs de technologie et des clients pour prendre part à la création dâun futur durable.

A ce poste, vous aurez lâopportunité de :

  • Dâêtre le point de contact et de liaison principal entre Pall et les fournisseurs de technologies et clients finaux
  • Avoir le rôle dâexpert dans les marchés couverts par ces sociétés  
  • Développer et étendre les partenariats au sein dâune base de clients cibles, de construire des relations au niveau organisationnel
  • Identifier les besoins en termes de produits afin de répondre aux exigences techniques en alignement avec les équipes internes de Pall et introduire des solutions Pall
  • Soutenir les projets internationaux pour la fourniture dâéquipements auprès des grandes ingénieries, en lien avec les spécifications.

Ce que nous attendons de vous pour ce poste :

  • Une expérience dâau moins 6 ans dans la vente de produits scientifiques ou technologiques dans le secteur industriel
  • Une expérience dâau moins 3 ans dans un écosystème de clients cibles, vous fournissant une compréhension du marché et une visibilité de lâécosystème client
  • Un diplôme niveau Bac+3 ou une expérience probante équivalente
  • Le développement et la mise en Åuvre de stratégies dâengagement client qui incluent un large panel de parties prenantes extérieures et intérieures, y compris des managers, des commerciaux, marketing, ingénieurs, etc.

 Ce serait un plus si vous possédiez également une expérience préalable en :

  • Connaissances de la conception des filtres, de la dynamique des fluides, de la chimie, lâhydromécanique et des technologies membranaires.
  • Développement et mise en Åuvre des stratégies commercialisation de produits.

The Senior Strategic Growth Licensor Lead is responsible for ensuring new growth Pallâs clean energy and energy transition markets at 3 leading technology licensors (Axens, Technip and Haldor Topsoe), identifying, and nurturing differentiated Pall solutions and embedding them into customer specifications, developing and expanding contractual agreements.  In this role you will have the opportunity to advance positions in emerging applications, support early innovation, and drive forward Pallâs position as an Industry leader to achieving a sustainable future for our planet.   

This position is part of the Strategic Growth and Technology Development team and will be an onsite role.

You will have the opportunity to drive Pallâs strategy and innovation engine through engagement with licensors and first-mover end-users leading to a sustainable future.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between Pall and assigned licensors/ first mover end-users.

  • Serve as expert in the assigned market(s) licensor and first mover end-user eco-system. 

  • Develop and expand partnerships within the targeted customer base, building relationships at all organization levels.

  • Identify gaps in products to meet technical requirements and aligns with internal Pall team to build industry wide Pall solutions.

  • Support Global Capital, must win, and Greenfield Projects linked directly to specifications.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 6+ yearsâ experience selling science and technology-based products into industrial sectors.
  • 3+ yearsâ experience working in the Processing, providing an understanding of the market and target customer ecosystem.

  • A minimum of a bachelorâs degree in a Technical or Business discipline.

  • Track record of driving global strategic growth and delivering meaningful financial results.

  • Development and implementation of client engagement strategies that involve a broad array of internal and external stakeholders including executive management, sales, marketing, technology, etc.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of filter design, fluid dynamics, chemical and hydromechanics, advanced membrane technology.

  • Experience in Development and implementation of Go-to-Market sales strategies.
