Vous interviendrez en tant que Service Delivery Manager - ServiceNow afin de gérer les entrées catalogues au sein de la direction en charge des infrastructures et des opérations.

Missions :

  • Concevoir le scope du catalogue de services
  • Analyser et suivre la création des défauts et améliorations
  • Assurer les tests et retests d'entrées de catalogue
  • Suivre et relancer les Owners
  • Suivre les défauts et améliorations
  • Rédiger la documentation technique associée
  • Effectuer les évaluations et analyses

Profil Recherché :

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire.

Vous maîtrisez l'outil ITSM : Service Now.

Vous avez une bonne compréhension du catalogue de services Service Now ainsi que des compétences en développement sur la partie RITM Service Now.

Vous avez une certification ITIL.

Vous êtes capable de respecter la méthodologie du client et de vous adapter en conséquence.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale et pour le respect des engagements.

La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est un impératif pour la réussite de cette mission.
