Context:

We are seeking aWaters Europe Carbon Master to support our end-to-end (E2E) EU Water category team.
This permanent contract (CDI) role will be based in France (Evian, Limonest, Rueil) or at another Danone location, and will commence as soon as possible.
In this position, you will report to Sebastien Champlong, the Sustainability & QFS Director for EVAI and the EU Water category.
About You The criteria below are indicative.
- Academic background: business school, engineering school, or university.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience within a large corporation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Keen interest in sustainability, nature, social, health & nutrition, and business matters; familiarity with the food sector (nutrition, environment, etc.).
- Highly rigorous, meticulous, datadriven, and analytical mindset.
- Agility and ability to manage complex and large datasets with attention to detail and a strong knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel & Power BI); experience with data management systems is desirable.
- Ability to work and communicate with a vast variety of internal stakeholders, and to engage with senior management.
- Highly collaborative, flexible ways of working with a cando attitude, focused on solutions and improvements.

Your Missions
Coordinate Climate Roadmap for Waters Europe:
- Define and pilot the roadmap to achieve Evian Volvic World (EVW) Carbon reduction goals (including Evian, Volvic, Badoit, La Salvetat).
- Gather and provide support to local brands (Spain, Poland, UK, NORBAL).
- Serve as the EVW Climate Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all internal stakeholders at local and global levels (Sustainability, GS, C&P, Ops, Topline ).
Measure EVW Carbon Footprint:
- Consolidate the EVW/Waters Europe carbon footprint at the organizational, brand, and product levels.
- Specifically consolidate the Evian Volvic Alpro international scope.
- Conduct regulatory reporting (e.g., Greentrack) for EVW brands and validate the consistency of local brands' reporting.
Reduce EVW Carbon Footprint:
- Climate Roadmap: Identify, assess, prioritize, and coordinate key reduction projects per stream with experts and CBU stakeholders: Packaging, Transport, Production
- Projects: Define guidelines and assess the carbon footprint of innovation, renovation, and productivity projects of EVW brands, and support local brands.
- Portfolio Management: Calculate the strategic plan's carbon footprint and propose recommendations to reduce impact, finding the right balance between CO and CO2 targets.
- Consolidate the carbon footprint forecast based on the climate roadmap, projects, and portfolio management/strategic plan.
Coordinate Nature Roadmap for EVW Manufacturing Sites:
- Regulatory: Ensure manufacturing sites' compliance with local regulations through regulatory watch vs new regulations, mandatory reporting, audits
- Danone Sustainability Commitments: Coordinate manufacturing sites' actions to contribute to Danone's Impact Journey commitments and maintain B-Corp certification (Energy, Water, Waste ).
In your role you will interact with colleagues from departments working on Sustainability topics (IPRO, C&P, OPS & Supply), as well as relevant global and local networks.
