Technical lead will assist the team in developing the product and providing technical guidance. He will be a leader in both technical aspects and team support, helping teammates improve and facilitating communication with stakeholders, especially regarding technical topics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bring Frontend expertise to the Product/Scrum Team/Squad for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Support software design and implementation following enterprise architecture guidelines.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for solutions owned by the team, handling day-to-day pressures effectively.
  • Manage the technical stack and uphold code quality, coverage, and documentation standards.
  • Promote and support best development principles like Clean Code, Clean Architecture, DDD/BDD/TDD.
  • Advocate for top development methodologies such as Pair programming, Peer testing, and continuous integration/delivery.
  • Foster knowledge sharing on Frontend tools and technologies.
  • Participate actively and contribute to the Community of Practice.
  • Stay updated on market trends to benefit the team/product and implement relevant technologies.
  • Assist Team Manager in recruiting new talents for the Squad/Team.
  • Support team members in continuous personal and professional development within their expertise area.

Qualifications & Skills:

Professional qualification

  • With over 2 years of proven experience as a Frontend Tech Lead (mentoring developers) in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and DevOps for software development.

Professional skills & abilities

Effective communication and influencing skills.Team player with strong relationship-building capabilities.Proficient in change management to support team members in dynamic environments.A keen eye for recognizing talent within the team.Demonstrated results orientation and project/product management expertise.Analytical, creative, and proactive in issue resolution.Experience in recruiting, talent retention, and training facilitation.Skilled in analyzing existing solutions, organizing training sessions, and driving improvements.

Technical skills

  • Proven track record in technical leadership and developer roles.
  • Solid understanding of software design and development fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of solution architecture design patterns and software craftsmanship principles.
  • Extensive experience in Javascript, frontend frameworks/libraries, and HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with various technologies including REST API, Microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and public cloud platforms.
  • Fluency in English—both verbal and written.
