VOTRE MISSION :
L'équipe Customer Success est chargée de convertir les locataires certifiés par Garantme en clients finaux et de développer les partenariats B2B.
Accélération de la vente aux locataires certifiés
Utilisation du CRM (Hubspot, Ringover) pour maîtriser l'acquisition-client
Enrichissement du Help Desk (HelpDocs)
Développement commercial auprès des bailleurs
Développement de partenariats avec les professionnels de l'immobilier
Participation à l'identification et la mise en place des solutions d'amélioration du processus de vente
Une véritable autonomie dans la prise de décision sur vos missions
Un environnement de croissance rapide dans une structure hyper dynamique
Un contact direct avec l'équipe produit et l'équipe marketing
Un contact direct les fondateurs (2 alumni HEC) avec une transparence totale sur les actions de l'entreprise
Profil recherché
Etudiant(e) en licence 3 ou master (business, immobilier, assurance, vente)
Proactif/Proactive, structuré(e) et indépendant(e), vous voulez vous impliquer dans un stage opérationnel, très orienté vente
Langues : français maternel ou bilingue & bon niveau en anglais (30% des clients ne parlent qu'anglais)
Disponible pour stage de 3 à 6 mois débutant en décembre, janvier ou février
LES PLUS :
La maîtrise d'une troisième langue (chinois, espagnol, italien, arabe...)
Une expérience immobilière ou assurantielle
