**A ce poste, vous aurez pour missions de**:
- Contrôler le travail de mise en place qui doit être effectué par les chefs de rang et commis de salles placés sous votre responsabilité,
- Commercialiser et inciter les chefs de rang à vendre les produits leaders de l'établissement,
- Animer les équipes pendant le service et vérifier la tenue des rangs,
- Vérifier le bon déroulement du service,
- Assurer et suivre la qualité totale de l'indice de satisfaction de la clientèle,
- Effectuer le contrôle des caisses de ses chefs de rang,
- Former les chefs de rang/commis de salle et participer à l'animation du briefing,
- Se soucier en permanence de qualité, de l'hygiène et de la sécurité,
- Vérifier que les collaborateurs connaissent l'ensemble des produits
**Notre futur manager H/F**
Tu as impérativement une expérience professionnelle significative au poste de manager dans un établissement haut de gamme, avec une capacité d'accueil de minimum 150 couverts par service. Tu parles aisément anglais, tu as une bonne culture générale et tu es doté d'un bon relationnel. Rejoins-nous
