Pour notre futur outlet Victoria's Secret situé à Giverny, nous recherchons un
**CATEGORY SUPERVISOR (H/F) à temps plein, disponible à partir de mars 2023.**

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Assurer la gestion du produit et en être l'expert vis-à-vis du client ;
- Améliorer la notoriété et la visibilité des produits en magasin ;
- Proposer au client une approche globale du produit,
- Analyser et identifier les performances commerciales et les offres produits à dynamiser ;
- Entretenir des relations avec les services internes (vente, marketing) ;
- Former l'équipe de vente et l'aider à bien placer la marque dans les points de vente ;
- Etablir les recommandations pour la présentation des produits ;
- Superviser le contrôle des linéaires et suivre les tendances de vente ;
- Proposer des modifications de présentation des linéaires en termes d'assortiments optimum, de merchandising avec des objectifs de rentabilité ;
- Proposer des plans promotionnels ;
- Mettre en place des événements d'ordre commercial afin de valoriser l'offre produit ;
- Superviser la réalisation de documents merchandising ;
- Etre le relais d'information pour la direction merchandising et marketing.

**Ce que nous recherchons ?**
- Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans une fonction similaire,
- Savoir analyser et être force de proposition,
- Avoir un bon relationnel et aimer travailler en équipe,
- Dynamique et organisé.e
- Anglais professionnel requis.
