Identifier les nouvelles opportunités de de développement auprès des Key Account. Assurer le lien avec les partenaires d'Oméa (co-traitants, sous-traitants). Réaliser les reportings pour la Direction et animer les équipes internes.Le Recrutement : Intégrer les meilleur(e)s Consultant(e)s pour rejoindre tes équipes et l'aventure Oméa Le Management : Piloter les équipes mobilisée sur le marché cadre. Mettre en place les éléments facilitants la réussite du marché cadre. Développer le processus de suivi et les processus qualités appliqués à la vie du marché.Les plus Une évolution basée sur la méritocratie.
