Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-oriented, strategic Senior Account Manager who is laser-focused on developing a portfolio of Enterprise customers, hunting for net new business. As a Senior Account Manager at Sidetrade, you will be accountable for customer relationship, subscription, contracts renewal, and for generating additional revenue for all our offerings: additional modules, professional services, business process outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Immerse yourself in the company's vision, mission, and unique story participating in the onboarding bootcamp.
- Enroll in the Sidetrade Sales Academy, equipping yourself with comprehensive knowledge of the Sidetrade software technology and the essential skills to swiftly make a significant impact in the market.
- Establish complete alignment with your manager regarding key objectives and sales targets.
- Craft a strategic action plan to detect up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, drive your success, and achieve your goals.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field (France Market).
- Autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage a portfolio of multiple projects running simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS models, preferably from the vendor side.
- Subject matter expert in Finance / Order to Cash.
- Strong client-facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management.
- Effectively network within accounts from C-level down to the execution level.
- Skilled in commercial negotiations.
- Success working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company.
