En tant qu'Account Manager chez Opteamis, tu intégreras la direction Sales composée d'une vingtaine de commerciaux.

Tu intégreras une Business Unit et sera sous la responsabilité d'un Key Account Manager. Nous te confirons la responsabilité d'un grand compte client CAC 40, de la fidélisation et du suivi client jusqu'au développement commercial.

**Tes missions ?**

Développement de ton portefeuille clients existants:

- Définir et mettre en place la stratégie commerciale permettant le développement de ton portefeuille clients
- Analyser les besoins des clients et y répondre
- Gérer les négociations financières et contractuelles
- Mise en place d'une équipe permettant de répondre à l'ensemble des demandes client.

Développement de nouveaux clients:

- Définir et appliquer une approche commerciale efficace avec comme objectif l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes clients : prospection téléphonique, présentation, démonstration, slideshow, réponse aux RFP
- Établir des objectifs de vente à moyen ou long terme et suivre leur réalisation. - Accompagner la conduite du changement pour assurer le succès du déploiement de notre solution au sein d'un nouveau client.

Gestion de tes contrats en cours:

- Suivre l'activité de tes collaborateurs
- Entretenir la relation clients
- Gérer les renouvellements, points de mission
- Contrôler la facturation afin de faciliter les interactions avec notre service Office Management Pour atteindre tes objectifs (CA, marge, développement commercial ), tu pourras être accompagné(e) par un ou plusieurs ingénieur.e.s d'affaires.

Qualités que tu devras posséder:

- Une expérience signifiative dans le monde de l'informatique, du numérique et du digital (ESN, Plateforme d'intermédiation, éditeur de logiciel...)
- Être autonome, avec un esprit d'entreprenariat
- Structuré(e) et organisé(e)
- Aptitude à manager
- Très bon relationnel, intelligence situationnelle, rigoureux(se)
