The Account Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth from large accounts by:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with decision makers and influencers
- Becoming a trusted IT advisor to the customer and participating in strategic planning
- Building a trusted group of referable contacts who can vouch for Wipro
- Ensuring a balance of customer engagement across business, management, and operations
- Identifying opportunities for growth in the account and leading account strategy and planning
- Driving penetration in the customer's business units and maintaining a comprehensive account growth strategy
- Mentoring and nurturing the next line of leadership in the account team
- Communicating progress against the account plan and other related developments to all relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring cross-geographic synergies in project management and delivery execution
- Monitoring key metrics on a regular basis and planning for initiatives and actions to be taken up to achieve cost optimization and improve service standards
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in managing big accounts in the IT professional services field
- Strong background in Application Services, Digital Transformation Services preferred
- Fluency in English and French language
- Previous experience in managing BFSI Accounts
