Account Executive (m/f/d) BFSI in Paris

The Account Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth from large accounts by:

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with decision makers and influencers
  • Becoming a trusted IT advisor to the customer and participating in strategic planning
  • Building a trusted group of referable contacts who can vouch for Wipro
  • Ensuring a balance of customer engagement across business, management, and operations
  • Identifying opportunities for growth in the account and leading account strategy and planning
  • Driving penetration in the customer's business units and maintaining a comprehensive account growth strategy
  • Mentoring and nurturing the next line of leadership in the account team
  • Communicating progress against the account plan and other related developments to all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring cross-geographic synergies in project management and delivery execution
  • Monitoring key metrics on a regular basis and planning for initiatives and actions to be taken up to achieve cost optimization and improve service standards

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing big accounts in the IT professional services field
  • Strong background in Application Services, Digital Transformation Services preferred
  • Fluency in English and French language
  • Previous experience in managing BFSI Accounts
