Animation et pilotage de la performance commerciale:

- Animation commerciale:
Anime les briefings quotidiens en se basant sur les chiffres, l'actualité du terminal et de l'activité
Participe à la vente de produits en boutique, conseille le client (exemplarité et développement des ventes)
Déploie des plans d'actions permettant de développer le chiffre d'affaires de sa ou ses boutique(s)
Pilote les indicateurs de gestion (CA/DM/IV/DI/S&C) et les anime auprès des équipes, propose des plans d'actions au Store Manager pour améliorer la performance commerciale en relation avec les services supports : actions sur l'offre, le merchandising, le dynamisme commercial, etc.
Fait vivre les animations en lien avec le correspondant Marketing : il met en place, donne du sens à ses équipes en se basant sur les objectifs des challenges
Adapte le zoning en fonction des flux clients dans le respect des règles définies au niveau de la boutique.
- Pilotage de la performance commerciale:
En se basant sur l'analyse des indicateurs de performance, il ou elle est force de proposition pour adapter l'offre à la clientèle
Participe à la mise en place des produits et s'assure du bon niveau de réassort, lien avec les ressources logistique

En lien avec le Correspondant Marketing et les Brand Ambassadeurs, il ou elle est garant de la qualité du champ visuel (ILV/PLV/merchandising).
Contrôle la bonne tenue de ses boutiques et met en place des plans d'actions correctifs ou proactifs.
Mène des actions de la lutte contre la démarque inconnue, en lien avec le gestionnaire de stock.
- Management
- Dynamisme et adhésion:
Anime son équipe : autour d'ateliers, exercices, jeux permettant le développement des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires à la vente des produits de sa boutique
Communique avec son équipe, entre autres, lors du brief journalier
- Développement des compétences:
Apprécie et développe les compétences de ses collaborateurs, participe à la gestion des talents
Forme ses collaborateurs : accueil, vente, merchandising, produits, marques
Participe au recrutement des conseillers de vente
Intègre les nouveaux arrivants
Accompagne les collaborateurs dans l'utilisation des outils digitaux
- Respect du cadre:
Fait respecter le règlement intérieur et la législation en vigueur
Entretien les relations au quotidien avec les représentants du personnel
Réalise des entretiens de recadrage si nécessa
